You come in holding tightly to a story about yourself, a partner, a past relationship, or a moment that shaped you. It feels true because it’s the only version you’ve had to go on, or because it’s been part of your life for so long that it’s become familiar. But those stories, assumptions, and deeply rooted beliefs can start to limit you. They may have once protected you, but now you feel stuck in the same dance with yourself or someone else, unsure how to shift it.

I help individuals and couples slow down enough to see what’s happening beneath the surface. Together, we loosen the grip of old narratives so you can understand where they came from, why they feel so powerful, and how to move toward something different. You want change. You want to feel different. You want to articulate what you’re experiencing instead of holding it all inside. You want a new experience, you just need guidance on how to get there.

My approach is empathetic, honest, and non‑judgmental. I ask curious questions that help you explore the deeper layers of your patterns, not just the symptoms on top. I work with people navigating intimacy, desire, communication, identity, shame, relationship challenges, and the pressure to hold everything together. Whether you’re an individual or a couple, whether you’re navigating sexuality, visibility, or long‑standing relational patterns, I offer a grounded space where you can understand yourself more fully and begin to create the change you’ve been wanting.
